About Us

Kathryn Tancig practices conservation law in Texas and Florida as the owner of Tancig Law PLLC. After graduating from Vermont Law School, Kathryn represented the Florida Department of Revenue in administrative and circuit court hearings throughout north central Florida. She also worked at a premier real estate law firm before transitioning her practice to conservation law.
In the summer of 2021, Kathryn opened Tancig Law and began cultivating a firm that reflects her professional values. She focuses her practice on structuring and closing conservation easements, resolving real estate matters, and implementing conservation oriented public-private partnerships. Tancig Law is based out of College Station where Kathryn lives with her husband and their little Texan.
